1. Can we get any ECO certificate?

   --Yes, of course. For orders we could provide GRS certificate, GOTS certificate, FSC/PEFC certificate, or even Oeko-tex Standard 100 certificate accordingly for RPET, recycled nylon, recycled cotton, organic canvas, bamboo fiber, corn fiber, and other sustainable materials.

2. What kinds of recycled material can you supply?

   --The recycled materials we can supply include recycled PET (RPET), recycled nylon, recycled cotton, recycled paper, and recycled leather, etc.

3. What's ECO canvas?

   --It refers to imitated canvas made from 100% RPET or X% RPET mixed in order for environmental protection.

4. What is your sample policy?

   --Sample charge is USD50.00/PC at minimum and the charge will be refunded to you once if order placed;

   --We do require a Fedex, UPS or DHL number for the shipping of samples.

5. Can we use our own logo or design?

   --Yes, we do provide OEM and ODM service.

6. How can I get your price?

   --Pls contact us and provide a real sample, a draft drawing, designs, or pictures, together with your concept of environmental protection on your products. 

7. How can we get a detailed quotation?

   --First of all, we need detailed information of your product and your concept, such as size, color, material standards, specific packaging requirements, order quantity, and so on;

   --The best way is to provide us with real samples or swatches;

   --Or, we first help you realize a prototype then we could quote accurately for you.
